Some people don't have the financial discipline to own a home. I have owned my homes for decades but when I did finance my different homes I never wanted a mortgage that I did not know exactly what my payment would be.

Let me just take you back to almost 50 years ago, when a UK movie came out that tested America's PSYCHE on glam music and even LGBTQ, in terms of acceptance and/or toleration for it. And that of course was the popular ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is considered to be the longest-running release in film history. It benefited from a 20th Century Fox policy that made archival films available to theatres at any time. Having never been pulled by 20th Century Fox from its original 1975 release, it continues to play in cinemas.

When first released, The Rocky Horror Picture Show was ignored by pretty much everyone, including the future fanatics who would eventually count the hundreds of times they'd seen it. But, as it swept across America, within weeks, it took a grip on the POP CULTURE crowd, and was selling out every performance everywhere it was being shown- still to this very day. And in most theaters, if you dressed up in drag, you would be admitted free- which only increased it's popularity.

I remember attending the Movie at the Village Theater here in Dallas, after it ran for months and selling out every show. I had to see what all the hoopla was all about. And was surprised to see some of Dallas most popular socialites, made up of Doctors, lawyers, Real Estate Magnates, and local Republican and Democrat politicians, where the couples would show up, both husbands and wives- DRESSED IN DRAG. I thought is was a bit silly- BUT SILLY FUN! Everybody was having a good time.

For the rest of the 70's, Rocky Horror characters were the most popular Halloween Costumes at every Halloween Party. The film had a cult following that continues to this very day.

And all of the Americans that have enjoyed participating in the Rocky Horror Film festivals over half a century now ARE TOTALLY REJECTING THE ANTI-WOKE
CAMPAIGN of the Republican Party now, and is starting to feel insulted by their attack on their POP CULTURE!

Republicans may as well be campaigning to end HALLOWEEN! ANTI-WOKISM is looking like McCarthyism. Or- let's just call it McWOKISM!

And that goes over about like a fart in a SPACESUIT, and flies right in the face, with the Vocal and Voting MAJORITY OF Americans.
