ROFL. that is absolutely horrific 'logic' and I use that word loosely with you. the whole 'first target' thing is absolute shit. Guns are used around 300,000 times a year to defend ones self or others. stop projecting your flight response on to everyone. not everyone chooses flight just because it's your go to.

more projection of your cowardice on to others. the uvalde shooter was stopped by a single cop. the indiana mall shooter was stopped by a single trained citizen. ANYONE can be trained and there are some civilians out there better trained than cops. I'm sure you find that impossible to believe, but it's true.

I'm saying people who are attacked constantly for being different are more prone to have mental anguish and in some cases that can lead to bad outcomes.

I'm saying those who are bullied don't always just curl up and go away.

and I am certainly in agreement with that, but that being the case, why don't we do something about it, other than deny a couple of the means of violently striking back?

I was constantly bullied in high school, I didn't come back to my old school and kill people.
