I agree that the man who hurt the shark should be held accountable...I'm not sure of Walt's need to post about it here and try to blame it on a particular group...
i don't know too many people who would do that...or not consider it to be a crime...Jewish, Christian, atheist, or otherwise...
I'm really curious why he and Jarod think a Jewish person would never do such a thing? There are several here who would totally do that if someone told them to do so...;)

The Jewish tradition emphasizes education and an electualism, at least in America. I know some European Jewish people who live more of a gypsy lifestyle, but they tend to be very well self educated and thanking people. I’ve met a few poor jews but I’ve never met and uneducated Jew. Redneck does not exist in their culture.

Every service I’ve ever been to Eddie Senagogue was about taking care of your community, and building a strong family.

I would respect anyone with an “Ivy League” education.

I don’t respect anyone who claims to have an Ivy League education and can’t spell it.

I do not believe that many Ivy Leaguers with a Masters Degree would spend much time (all day) on a nondescript political forum.

The religion is very much about building strong family, to the point that religious Jews are often shocked by how little Christian conservatives care about financially supporting family. I have often heard rabbis complain that most of their job involves nagging to pay child support, and similar family financial support.

They also emphasize questioning and studying for answers, not blind acceptance.

I often wake up trying to fire the AIM-9 Sidewinder air-to-air missile on the F-105. My esposa screaming, you are not in combat, you are not in combat, you are not in combat!

Or landing long and stopping a few feet from the VOR pad.

Or being in the tower cab when an F-104 with the mounting bracket broken and the Sidewinder missile pointed directly at the tower cab. We evacuated post haste.

It is what it is.

I have friends who are rabbis, and they have explained how shocked they are with Christian conservatives.
