I think that you've misplaced a decimal point somewhere, you're out by a factor of 10! By contrast the Muslim population of England and Wales is around 6.5%, some parts of London, especially the East End are approaching 50%.

In 2015, the Center projected that Muslims could number 3.85 million in the U.S. by 2020 – roughly 1.1% of the total population. However, Muslim population growth from immigration may have slowed recently due to changes in federal immigration policy.

My community is over 30 percent Arab and there are no problems here that any other city does not have. Many schools are majority Arab and Muslim.

Council Member Lisa Goodman, who on Thursday was observing the final day of Passover, said the Jewish call to prayer - which is generally spoken rather than broadcast - doesn't face legal restrictions.

Observers said church bells regularly toll for Christians.

So if the folk in Minneapolis get tired of this, they can vote to rescind this.

But have a care....the Christmas music that blares from dept. stores, tree lot sales, etc. could be next. Just saying
 
Within reason. Any employer would immediately fire anyone who would bring a bullhorn into a board meeting.
