“McCarthy’s top lieutenant is siding with one of the biggest traitors America has seen,” Swalwell wrote in a tweet on Thursday.

“I’m sorry, Marge, being white, male, and Christian is not license to betray your country and put the lives of thousands at risk,” he added. “But this wouldn’t be the first time she sided with traitors.”

Swalwell’s remarks come in response to Greene’s own comments on the arrest of Teixeira.

“Jake Teixeira is white, male, christian, and antiwar. That makes him an enemy to the Biden regime,” Greene wrote in a Twitter post. “Ask yourself who is the real enemy? A young low level national guardsmen? Or the administration that is waging war in Ukraine, a non-NATO nation, against nuclear Russia without war powers?”

In a tweet just hours after the FBI arrested Massachusetts Air National Guardsman Jack Teixeira, 21, Greene, R-Ga., praised his alleged actions and implied President Joe Biden was "the real enemy."

“Jake Teixeira is white, male, christian, and antiwar. That makes him an enemy to the Biden regime. And he told the truth about troops being on the ground in Ukraine and a lot more,” Greene, a member of the Homeland Security Committee, said on Twitter. "Ask yourself who is the real enemy?”

Marjorie Taylor Greene should lose her security clearance after defending the alleged Pentagon leaker, says Liz Cheney.

The far-right Republican lawmaker from Georgia has been widely criticised for coming to the defence of Airman Jack Teixeira following his arrest by the FBI in Massachusetts.

On Friday, the 21-year-old was charged with unauthorised detention and transmission of national defence information and unauthorised removal of classified information and defence materials. The airman didn’t enter a formal plea.

The judge said that the airman could face as much as 15 years in prison, 10 years for the first charge, and five for the second.

Former CIA Director John Brennan blasted Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) over comments she made about Jack Teixeira, an Air National Guardsman accused of leaking classified information.

Teixeira, 21, was arrested by the FBI on Thursday after he allegedly dumped sensitive information about the war in Ukraine online. He was arraigned in federal court in Boston on Friday on charges of unlawfully possessing and removing classified records.

Greene, who opposes U.S. aid to Ukraine in its defensive war against Russia, suggested on Thursday that Teixeira was arrested by “the Biden regime” because he is “white, male, Christian, and antiwar.”

Chelsea Manning was sentenced to 35 years, but Obama commuted it to 7.

Edward Snowden, AKA Эдвард Сноуден, faces three 10-year sentences for his crimes if he ever returns to the US.

Teixeira should at least face 7-10 years for his crimes.

This Teixeira jackass really did some damage to the United States. Apparently these docs indicate that American intelligence has deeply penetrated the Russian defence ministery and the Kremlin halls of power, and now the Kremlin has been tipped off and are evaluating counter measures.
 
Marjorie Taylor Greene is a traitor to the United States of America. She should be removed from Congress.

I hope they can charge him with multiple crimes, more than an espionage charge which carries a 15 year prison sentence?!! The feds need to make an example of him?!! 30 years in prison would be more appropriate, as long as he served it all too?!!

Remember the days when conservatives/Republicans were OUTRAGED at classified document breaches and giving away America's national security secrets, no matter who did it? Liberals/Democrats felt the same.

Now we lefties are the only ones left who seem to give a shit about this country's national security.
