He does sound nervous, doesn't he? A handful of knuckledragging stooges like the OP are not enough to get him elected. The best you can say for DeSatan is that he doesn't have a baggage train as long as Trump's. But he has no appeal to anyone other than MAGAT-type morons, either.

I think DeSantis does a lot better than 'Little' Marco Rubio did when challenged to a race to the bottom debate.
Everyone knows trump's schtick by now, but Meatball does NOT do well when challenged.
You might be right that he can't win the primary, but the screeching will be epic between them. The difference with Meatball, is that none of trump's crimes/indiscretions will go unmentioned. Further, even the 'technically' legal transfer of taxpayer money directly into trump's coffers during his tenure as POTUS should be brought to the debate. Add to that the pay for play by numerous foreign adversaries via stays at trump properties, or big donations to his inauguration party. trump is filthy, and I don't see how he could win against DeSantis

I think that DeSatan as POTUS would be a disaster. He's capable of getting fascist, authoritarian legislation passed like he's done in FL. He has also weaponized the government against private corporations (like Disney) to punish them for political disagreements.

DeSantis's problem is that he's going to have to appeal to more moderate voters by appearing to be focused on actual issues. So he really can't spend much time countering #TRE45ON's taunts and jeers, in a way that would appeal to the MAGATs who love them some WWE action. lol
