Texas has become a SHIT-HOLE state ever since SHIT-ASS Greg Abbott became Governor and SHIT on it, by allowing Texans to carry whatever weapon they wanted - anywhere- without a license!
Texas is now the no. 1 state of Road Rage and road rage killings where guns are involved. And Greg Abbott is to blame for all those deaths- including the one we are discussing here in this thread.
Many of the victims of Road Rage involving guns are innocent children.
The streets and highways of Texas will never be safe again, as long as this law is upheld, and as long as Greg Abbott is the governor!
And all Greg Abbott is going to do now by letting a convicted murderer out of jail, is encourage even more people to shoot whoever they want- for any reason- BECAUSE HE HAS THEIR BACK NOW!

Disagreed. However, Texas politics has gone down a darker road than usual. Too many wrong turns and Texas could easily have a Democrat or Libertarian governor.

The video shows him stopped when the incident occurred and protesters were beating on his car. So no you can't point your AK 47 and if you did you just might get dead. The guy openly displaying his AK 47 was trying to intimidate the Sargent and got shot, end of the story.

He loaded up his gun and deliberately drove to the protest, into a street crowded with protestors, and was dangerously pushing them with his car, and honking his horn for them to get out of his way, and deliberately shot a man for no reason other than the fact that he was holding a gun- that wasn't even loaded with any ammo- and was never pointed at the murderer- even discovered to have the safety still on after he was brutally shot to death.
The Murderer had been on his social media site for days before the murder, telling his friends of his intentions to deliberately kill a BLM protestor, and claim self defense.
So he drove to the protest site and carried out his intentions. He was there to kill a BLM protestor because he was a RACIST and defender of the cop that killed Floyd, and he let his hate get the best of him.
