Neither is an embryo. So now terminology is important?

Seeds are germinated.

Seeds sprout roots first.

Seeds then produce a stem.

Seeds then produce leaves.

Seeds then produce fruit.

There is a life cycle to a tree. Once a seed is germinated, is it a tree or a seed with a root forming?

Do you have children? When did you recognize them as you child? You didn't tell people "We're growing an "embryo"...You told people you're having a baby...If, sadly, a miscarriage had occurred, you wouldn't say you lost an embryo...you would mourn the loss of a baby....People don't have embryo showers....
I'm not sure how you equate a tree with a child...but that's up to you...;)

I'm not sure how you equate an embryo with a child. That is NOT up to you from a legal standpoint

Calling a zygote or embryo an "unborn child" or "a baby" is just a tactic used to evoke emotion and thus outrage, and then laws forbidding abortion. It's a time-honored forced-birther tactic that has nothing to do with actual biology.

I understand why you chose to ignore what I said...I find it interesting you equate a woman conceiving, carrying, and then giving birth to a child with a tree growing from a seed...;)
