After all the campaign bluster and accusations, and promises to lock her up….

Trumps justice department refused to indict her…. Clearly they didn’t have evidence on her. Basically admitting she was not guilty…

Not True screamed indignation when they actually do have enough to indict him.

If there isn't enough evidence, that doesn't mean that a person did not commit a crime, just that there isn't enough evidence to convict them.

Innocence is a lack of guilt, with respect to any kind of crime, or wrongdoing

He didn't say that. He said they "basically" admitted she wasn't guilty.

If you do t have enough evidence to prove a crime that means you can’t prove the person is guilty of of a crime that didn’t exist

But without a trial, or even an indictment, Trumper’s were chanting “lock her up.”, with Trumps encouragement!

Comey said that Hillary had classified documents on a private server (on Anthony Wiener’s computer too). This is a violation of the law concerning storage of classified documents.

She destroyed (bleached the hard drive) after they were subpoenaed by Congress.

That’s sufficient to lock her up…after a trial that Comey would not allow to happen.
