Dick Durbin, a Democrat from Illinois and chair of the Senate judiciary committee, said: “This behavior is simply inconsistent with the ethical standards the American people expect of any public servant, let alone a justice on the supreme court.

Clarence Thomas is a total disgrace as a jurist.
Like all of the GOP appointments, he doesn't deserve a gig in Night Court, saying "Fifty dollars and time served" to the hookers.

Being jealous over a few perks was never my thing, however.
Perks are what make success worthwhile.
It's not becoming to be jealous of stuff like that.

If Thomas accepted the gifts he's accused of accepting and it can be proven then yes, boot his ass off of the Supreme Court and then look at putting him in jail. But..."IF" is the operative word here.
