If trump is acquitted of all charges.......

My problem with many on JPP is they insist that if a person is not charged with a crime that person is innocent. That is total Bull shit. Look at Capone he committed many crimes including having people murdered but he was only convicted of tax evasion. Was he innocent of the crimes he wasn't charged with?

Under the law, mobs don't get to decide guilt or innocence. Under the law, ALL are presumed innocent and do not have to prove their innocence. The State has to PROVE they are guilty.

Now do you get it? :palm:

Former President Bill Clinton paid Paula Jones a whopping $850,000 to keep her quiet over sexual harassment claims. That's the definition of hush money halfwit.

ROFLMAO.. He paid her after she filed a PUBLIC civil lawsuit.

That is the definition of a settlement. It certainly isn't the definition of hush money since it was not hushed up in any way, shape, or form.

I don't know about Billy, even though he also paid off someone with hush money.........but if you can't see that 'careless' was used in place of 'negligence' to give hillary cover over breaking the law, then you're the dunce, not me.

In a completely public manner in our court system he settled

That is not called Hush money idiot

No Hush involved

The world already knew her claim

It was a court supervised settlement

No Hush involved hypocrite

Yes. He has already shown utter contempt for international law and he is a self-confessed pussy-grabbing assassin.

I'll settle for a hooker-associated fraud conviction for starters. Domestic insurrection charges should follow.

A good description of Democrats.

It was hush money. It was paid to make the lawsuit go away. That's extortion, dumbass...and ILLEGAL.

Trump won't be acquitted or convicted.
They'll just have one hung jury after another until the prosecution drops the case.

With twelve jurors, they'll be lucky to have four voting on the merits of the prosecution.
At least eight will have their minds made up at the time of empanelment.

Surely I'm not the only one here to have served on juries.
Those who have served know how it works in just everyday cases.
In this case, it will be at least twice as biased.

There will be no unanimous votes either way, and thus it's just a string of mistrials until the state gives up.

If trump is acquitted of all charges.......

I very much doubt that will happen. Acquitted would mean the entire jury decided that trump was not guilty. It has to be unanimous.

trump's best hope is a hung jury, and the prosecutor deciding not to try to convict him again. It is vaguely possible one of the technicalities will actually bear fruit, and he could have his case dismissed with prejudice (no retrial allowed).

Wow, 100% correct.
