If trump is acquitted of all charges.......

Cypress
Not being convicted of a crime does not mean one is innocent! It simply means there wasn't enough evidence to convict.
The US system of justice in America is supposed to be 'innocent until PROVEN guilty'. Not 'guilty until proven innocent'.

BTW the FBI admitted Hillary broke the law on safeguarding classified information.
oh no, not facts LOL

OJ was acquitted of killing Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman are you saying he is innocent?

again, 'innocent until PROVEN guilty'..........

Trump's lawyer got 3 years in jail for following his instructions. His CFO is in jail for doing the normalized dirty deeds that the Trump company operated with. Trump is far from innocent. However, can he get nailed? May his system of not writing things down save him? Trump operates like a mafia chief. He demands loyalty. He separated himself from dirty deeds so he can pretend he does not know what was going on. Trump's company is not very big and it would be difficult for him to pretend he profits from misdeeds and crimes and knows nothing about them.
The difficult part of Braggs's case is showing his payoffs were designed to help his election chances. It is obvious that is what he did. Will Stormy, McDougal, Pecker, and Cohen's testimony convince a jury?It takes one crazy Trumpy to ooze onto the jury.

what are you? 15 years old? or do you need to pull the leftist tactic of needing a 'credible' link to support claims you don't like?

I can think of no instance of Clinton paying hush money. I am curious if you know what hush money is. Name the person you think Clinton paid to keep others from finding out about something.

Whether he did or not. it has no impact on Trump's crimes.

It has an impact on SmarterthanYou's credibility. Currently he has none.

Whataboutisms are one thing since they show you only have weak arguments. Making shit up to try to use whataboutisms shows you have gone down the rabbit hole.

RWers seem to be promoting the idea that if someone sues you and you publicly pay them then you are paying hush money.

how many haters here are going to blame trumpers on the jury, or a judge that trump bought?????

No one, by the time this case gets to a jury trial it will be all but forgotten given the potential law problems Trump faces down the road. In fact, it will be nearly forgotten by next week, the next action isn’t even scheduled till next December

What's the standard Republicans used?

Oh that's right, even though Bill and Hillary Clinton were never convicted of anything, they are still guilty of committing crimes.

They avoided conviction in the Whitewater scandal (fifteen convictions) because Susan McDougal went to prison rather than testify against them; she understood what "Arkancide" is...

He was unquestionably guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice, and avoided conviction due to a ball-less Senate; he was disbarred over it.

The US system of justice in America is supposed to be 'innocent until PROVEN guilty'. Not 'guilty until proven innocent'.

oh no, not facts LOL

again, 'innocent until PROVEN guilty'..........

And he was found guilty in the unlawful death civil case.

The innocent until proven guilty ensures one gets a fair unbiased trial. It does not mean that a not guilty verdict means one is innocent.

I don't know about Billy, even though he also paid off someone with hush money.........but if you can't see that 'careless' was used in place of 'negligence' to give hillary cover over breaking the law, then you're the dunce, not me.

How was Bill's payment "hush money?" If you're talking about Paula Jones, she had already blabbed and he went to court over it. Nothing was hushed.
