I agree, he has a right to be treated like everyone else, let a jury decide. I am all for that, and he might be found legally not guilty.

The Hildabeast purposely set up an illegal e-mail server in her basement to circumvent federal records keeping laws and rules. She received classified e-mail on it. She and others with access removed documents from that server in violation of the law. It wasn't "negligent." It was malicious and intentional.
