One thing is certain, the ppl of color who are spear heading the prosecution of Donald Judas Trump, unlike the pink cowards who all backed away from this, say what you will, none are afraid, none could give a rats fuck about his armed hillbillies and all are doing what they've been elected and paid to do....PROVE THAT NO RED NECK BASTARD IS ABOVE THE LAW. CORRECTION: The Manhattan Office is spearheading Trump's prosecution in the Hush Money/Campaign Donation scheme!

Just wanted to clear that up! This is no Blacks Vs. Trump thing!

Since the state has copies of the payments to Cohen and Cohen is the main Witness in the case, it should be a slam dunk for the prosecution.

Trump may want to just plead guilty and pay his fines to the court, and see if his attorneys can work a plea deal in return to keep him out of jail on probation.

If I were Trump, that's what I would do. If he don't and is found guilty, he is probably looking at a couple of years behind bars- like in Cohen's sentence.

No jail time may look pretty to Trump, since he IS running for president!

SO......We'll see!

This isn't a Federal prosecution. The Southern District is Federal.

You mean the democrats are showing they have to use the courts to get rid of political opposition.. Problem is it will likely blow up in their face. They look like a third world government getting rid of a political opponent
