DeSanfis’s stooges can’t even use the word “Disney” without the company’s approval, the corporation can sue DeSantis’s appointees personally for any violation, and the the agreement is in effect until perpetuity.

It very well could work. Florida and Disney had an agreement that the legislature and DeSantis unilaterally changed. So Disney unilaterally changed its agreement with the district.

DeSantis got what he gave. You all can keep throwing your temper tantrums. The courts will decide.

thanks for admitting you are uninformed with the issues......legislatures tend to pass laws......this one didn't change the past, it only prevented the same thing from continuing.......what Disney did now was to try to usurp the powers of the state legislature......not going to happen.....

No, you raging fucking idiot. The legislature passed a law 60 years ago that accommodated Disney for that long. Without consulting Disney, the legislature changed the law based on a temper tantrum and a personal vendetta by DeSantis. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Disney outsmarted DeSantis, and he didn't even see it coming.

and yet you remain wrong......sixty years ago the legislature passed a law that gave Disney the power to issue bonds to finance its projects......last year the legislature took away that power....things like that are ALWAYS unilateral......it only applied to future bond issues, not to those already in place......Disney attempted to prevent that law from taking effect......nobody thought Disney was stupid enough to believe they could get away with that............and they won't.......
