More bad economic news for the Brandon Adm...get ready for bullshit about the "unemployment rate" while ignoring the LABOR PARTICIPATION RATE;
OVER SIX MILLION FEWER AMERICANS WORKING THAN BEFORE CHINADEM PANDEMIC...

136,000 Laid Off In Major U.S. Job Cuts This Quarter—More Than Prior Two Quarters Combined

More than 136,000 people lost their jobs in major layoffs at U.S. companies over the fiscal quarter ending this week, more than the prior two quarters combined, as tech and manufacturing layoffs, led by Amazon, Google, Meta and Microsoft, surged, according to Forbes’ layoff tracker.

Layoffs through the first three months of 2023 have already exceeded layoffs in the last six months of 2022, when more than 125,000 employees lost their jobs in major U.S. layoffs as companies started to fear high inflation and multiple rounds of interest rate hikes could throw the economy into recession.

My grapevine is telling me that there is a huge problem with people not showing up for work at all, or if they do they are doing the bare minimum work that they can get away with. I suspect that lots of these people wont have a job soon.

That is good economic news, Einstein, particularly if you want to end inflation. Maybe its too difficult for you to understand, but the more people employed the more inflation we will have.

That would be good for taming inflation.

When the trump virus was ravaging the nation, the tech industry doubled it's staffing due to millions sitting home and shopping/streaming/posting dog videos.

Now that Biden put an end to the devastation, people are back to work. There's no need for the extra staffing

Yes, indeed...if you have to write up someone ten times before you can let them go it takes a little bit longer too get rid of those who are slacking...

Are you really this ignorant of basic economics? Six MILLION MORE AMERICANS were working under Trump before the Chinadem shutdowns, and inflation was undert 2% annually, and wages grew at 10% annually.

It wasn't Trump's buddies who attacked us with the virus, nor was it Trump who shut down the nation.

Every mandate forced upon us was a COMPLETE FAILURE.

And, as I said, we are still SIX MILLION JOBS LESS THAN BEFORE THE DEMTHUG PANDEMIC.

Biden saved America.

You cannot deny that.

America lost over 6 million jobs when Trump was President and you are whining about the loss of 136,000 jobs?

OVER SIX MILLION FEWER AMERICANS WORKING THAN BEFORE CHINADEM PANDEMIC...

That is not even close to being true.

More bad economic news for the Brandon Adm.

Not exactly bad news. There are two unfilled positions for every person looking for a job. We desperately need to decrease that number to reduce inflation. Getting rid of 136,000 positions would be a step in the right direction.

This was the goal laid out by the Federal Reserve Bank's decisions to raise the interest rate. The Federal Reserve Bank said they wanted to intentionally slow down the economy.

This is not my idea- this was not Biden's idea- this was not the Democrats idea- THIS IS THE IDEA OF THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK!

But GropeMASTUR, who is still Butt Hurt because Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, is now blaming Biden and the Democrats for this.

Gropemastur is a disgusting troll

He is also a GOD DAMN liar, because it is not true that 6 million more Americans are unemployed now- than before the Pandemic.

The Federal Reserve Bank is not a Federal Governmental Body- As they are privately owned- and presidents do not have any authority to tell them what to do! When they decide to raise interest rates- THEY JUST DO IT! AND WHEN THEY DO people get laid off!

Next!

Biden has added close to 12 million jobs in just over 2 years.

Trump was statistically the worst jobs President in modern history.

If we pretend the CHINADEM shut downs were not perpetrated ... and ignore the fact that six million fewer Americans are working than at the end of 2019...
