Like all democrats he talks about how "no one is above the law" but then he makes tons of exceptions for criminals he supports.

On January 4, 2022, after three days in office, he announced that his office would no longer prosecute low-level offenses such as fare evasion, resisting arrest, prostitution, and cannabis-related misdemeanors unless accompanied by a felony charge. He also decided to seek lesser charges for burglaries and store robberies where the offender "displays a dangerous instrument but does not create a genuine risk of physical harm".[13] On January 20, Bragg disputed what he described was a "legalistic" interpretation of his prosecution policy memo and indicated that he supported a zero tolerance policy for violent crimes.[14]

Can you put it in proper context and show the relatively insignificant offense that were reduced to misdemeanors? Of course not.

Even the misdemeanors are crimes too and should be prosecuted. A misdemeanor is NOT a parking ticket. That's an infraction. Misdemeanors send people to prison a lot. Ask wesley snipes.

Yeah the context is that for political purposes just like this indictment bragg lowers felonies to misdemeanors. He can and does reduce charges at will. The legal system is his plaything. By definition a felony is not an "insignificant offense". Once again your rudeness in the face of my treating you respectfully is rather ugly.

So you think a 30+ felony indictment should just be 30 misdemeanors, without knowing the details of a single one of these charges.

This is a serious question, do you pretned to not understand or do you really not understand? Bragg decides to reduce more then half the felonies, serious crimes, to misdemeanors. Some of those crimes are violnet crimes. How many of trumps are charges for. Iole t crime? The point is bragg uses the legal system as his play thing and one game he plays is politics. Once again the number of ciunts is irrelevant.
