With each trial, testimony will be put into the record. There's a lot of overlap in trump's more serious crimes. Previously reluctant witnesses will now be a plethora of information. More so in the upcoming trials in Ga. and the Jan. 6 trial.

trump can't have that. It's either perjury or conviction if he's stupid enough to take the stand.

I can't wait to start hearing Weisselberg's name again.

I’d encourage people to not get caught up in gloating about this indictment. I’m as big a critic of Trump as there is. Not only is he a vile human being, a conman, but also the worst president in my lifetime. It’s also my opinion that these charges, and probably any more to come in Georgia, are justified. As well as others involving those classified documents.

However, this is a deeply serious and sobering event, not to be particularly gleeful about. We’ve never faced something like this in our history.

So, let things play out as they will. This is going to be a major test of our justice system. The political end of it is going to get even nastier. Take a deep breath and allow things to unfold. Revenge isn’t as sweet as one would like. Justice is.

Hillary is sitting back watching, remaining silent, and knowing this would all catch up with Donald Trump all along eventually.

Here is what I believe, Trump will go though his many trials, and he will end up with a prison sentence before this is all over!

And Biden will have the Justice Department make a deal with Trump to leave politics, stop all media contact, stop all interviews with the press, and go home with not a pardon, but a condition of parole that will get him out of jail early!

I just know Biden, and know how he operates, always trying to bring both sides together!

But, of course that may depend on how much trouble Donnie and his Cronies cause between now and then!

They may have to lock him up and throw away the key- depending on how much trouble he causes for the Justice Department, the public at large, and how much he continues to try to obstruct Justice, purger himself, violate Gag orders, interfere with ongoing investigations, and threaten the Juries, Prosecutors, Judges, Democrat leaders, and etc.

Because you better believe Donnie is going to go down hard and will be doing all of the above as usual!

Charge stacking is rarely looked on by juries as a fair and good thing. Usually they see it as malicious prosecution.

You didn't seem to have a problem when Michael Cohen went to jail for many of the things he did for Trump. Yet when the man who hired Cohen, and gave him the payoff money is indicted, all of a sudden its political?
