18 U.S.C. §249 says, “Whoever willfully causes bodily injury to someone or, through using a firearm, a firearm, a dangerous weapon, or an explosive or incendiary device, attempts to cause bodily injury to anyone, because of the actual or perceived race, color, religion, or national origin of any person, shall be fined and imprisoned for up to ten years or life in prison if death results or the offense includes kidnapping, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to kill.”

Religion is no less important than race , national origin sex etc. The started a Hate crime investigation the very same day as the Tops supermarket shooting. This shooting was monday and it is 5pm Washington DC time Thursday and still no hate crime investigation.

She wasn't legally supposed to own a gun. She had mental illness and was under counseling. Millions of people own the same type of guns that she had. Only a tiny fraction of them are mass shooters.

Oops, guess your masters on Fox left out the part where she had once been a student at that school. How many other times have we seen school shootings where the murderer was or is a student? How many times have we seen other mass shootings where the murderer went to the targeted venue in order to scope it out as a target? Most of these crimes are pondered and premeditated and the targets chosen because either they have a commonality that triggers the perp (gay club, black grocery store, Jewish synagogue), or they are a target of convenience. There is no evidence, the Nashville police have stated, that the murderer had a grudge against either the school or ppl who worked there.

How do you fine a dead person? Should they put her rotting body in prison?

Hate crime is an enhancement of the sentence for the living perp.

Since the perp is dead, what's the point of charging her? Dead's dead.

If it was a hate crime, it will come out soon enough. The investigation is ongoing.

Opps Covenant only goes through the 6th grade. So she hasn't been in school there for at least 17 years. She has been to public school and college since then though. She didn't shoot either one of them up.

Which only goes to 6th grade, and her attendance there has NOT BEEN ESTABLISHED BEYOND HEARSAY,.

Forcing them to have their "shows" behind closed doors is far from a "war" on them, anymore than requiring the same from strippers is a "war" on them.

It is upholding some semblance of decency for the kids in our society.


Drag Shows have no place OUTSIDE, in PUBLIC...same as strippers.

Because she was diagnosed with mental illness, and they sold her the guns. That's textbook red flag issues.
