He was specifically asked by congress. if the DOJ was investigating the Covenant shooting as a hate crime. He waffled.
Why would they "specifically" ask for that? Is Christianity a special status that is somehow different from other kinds of hate crimes?
It took me 30 seconds to find a recent example of the Biden DOJ prosecuting a hate crime against Christians.
The fact that Fox isn't telling you the Biden DOJ is prosecuting hate crimes against Christians is the fault of the news sources you rely on.

Garland has yet to launch a hate crime investigation for the Covenant Christian School shooting. The gay Pulse nightclub shooting was investigated as a hate crime in less than 72 hours. The massacre at the Tree of Life Jewish synagogue was investigated as a hate crime within 24 hours. The deadly shooting at a largely black buffalo supermarket was investigated as a hate crime the same day. Clearly this school was chosen because it was a Christian school and yet Garland is doing nothing to investigate it as a hate crime. I guess more of those Christians should have voted Democrat.
I guess they are just in the wrong demographic for Democrats to care about them.

There is no evidence, yet, that this school was targeted because it has "Christian" in its name. The shooter apparently attended it at one time. She had made drawings of its exterior and interior layout because she was familiar with it.
But yes, failing to quickly label the murders as a hate crime is persecution every bit as horrible as when they threw Christians to the lions.
I don't believe that ExpressLane cares if there's proof or not, he's just brewing a BS storm, because he's got nothing else to use to counteract the Trump scum

Oh Gee she passes up multiple public schools and shoots up a Christian school and the DOJ hasn't investigated it as a hate crime. The shooter in the Buffalo passed up multiple Supermarkets in White communities and shoots up a supermarket in black community. That gets investigated as a hate crime THAT SAME DAY. Can you say to tier justice system?
