Argument of the Stone fallacy. Inversion fallacy. You are the one floundering and flopping here.
Different European countries have different cultures...even under the auspices of the EU.
The main language in the States is English. There is not getting around that. Europe does not have a lot of religious freedom, which is why refugees came to America to get away from it all and worship as they saw fit for themselves. The same thing happened to what is now Greece. Many nations in Europe have ceded their sovereignty to the European Union, which is an oligarchy (dictatorship by committee). This committee attempts to quash religious freedom (it really isn't possible to do so).
The United States of America is truly unique of the cultures that came out of Europe. It was organized as a federated republic, with no titles of nobility, visions of ending slavery (which it finally did), leaving power in local control and giving the federal layer very limited power, and began the long road to treat everyone equally under the law (yet to be achieved, despite the 14th amendment).
That had never been done before, not even with the republic of Rome (which didn't last very long, due to it's weak structure and unwillingness to eliminate chattel slavery). At the time of the founding of the United States, Europe was ruled by various kings, and chattel slavery was common. By the time the War of Secession occurred, chattel slavery was being abandoned by most nations already (it still exists today in a few, however). Slavery in some form (other than chattel) currently exists in some 170 nations (mostly in the form of forced marriages, forced prisoner labor, or debt enslavement). Chattel slavery still exists in about a dozen nations today.
Six years old and in kindergarten, thank you!! She went through a little anti-Daddy phase (she made up a song that went “only Mommy, no Daddy”) but fortunately that passed. Haha. Now she’s loving me and I am having the time of my life.
She also a big sports fan! Both in playing and watching (wife is from Texas and is a Cowboys fan but so far I’ve succeeded in raising her a 49ers fan. LOL.).
We’ve always heard the benefit of playing sports for boys but it’s really no different for girls so I’m ecstatic that she’s so into it. It’s so much fun!!
No way is your fucktarded ass allowed to have guns. You are a batshit insane weirdo.
When you think of my purple dick do you picture it fully erect and throbbing, Ms. Moon? https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...tation-as-military-superpower-shattered/page6 #83![]()
Bend over, darlin'. Here's comes my purple one-eyed Christian!
It's a thick veiner, so you'll be certain to like it, dear.
<MEME OF PURPLE DICK GOING INTO MOON'S ASS DELETED BY REQUEST>
Does fantasizing about my purple dick make you wet, Ms. Moon? Would you like a picture sent in PM?
https://www.justplainpolitics.com/showthread.php?185205-How-the-Ukraine-situation-should-end/page26 #378 The fact you still dream about being reamed by a purple dick is interesting, Ms. Moon #346
Yes, I'm a strong believer in God.
Can you quote a post for the FBI that would back up your Satan-worshiping lies?
Should I quote more of your threats to murder Americans, Mr. Red Flag?
How many times do you think you've threatened to murder Americans on JPP, Matt? 10 times? 20?
Care to wager on the number, Mr. Red Flag?

Derp Dutch is a delusional, slanderous moron.![]()
In your case? High velocity copper jacketed lead right between your eyes. It couldn't happen to a more deserving POS.
Unless you'd like to be dragged out and hanged. There will be some of that, watch.
People know what's really happening. America is America, brah.
Translation: No, Dutch, I can't quote posts of you threatening to murder Americans like I've done on JPP.
I blame it on your alcoholism and unresolved anger issues, Matt. Still, that won't save you from prison.
I hate how both sides react to these. The left is no doubt bad - it's all guns, all the time. But the right is no better. If it's a Muslim - time for a travel ban! If it's a transgender, it's all "see! We told you they were dangerous." Even though both groups account for less than 1% of American mass shootings.
The answer? We're sick as a nation. And this is a symptom. If we had a doctor for countries, we'd be admitted to the emergency room right away. This is like a Stage 4 kind of symptom. We've let things go. We've allowed divisiveness, hate & fear trump the better angels of our nature. We've allowed demagogues to rule the day, and we've let the internet run wild. And guns are PART of the problem, as well. There is no coincidence between the fact that we lead the world in gun ownership, and gun violence. Saying the answer is "more guns" is an incredible disconnect.
I have no answer, but I know where the answers lie: in honest discussion. Not "how can this help my side" knee-jerk reactions. We've gotta stop politicizing this stuff, and think through all aspects of it in an unbiased, critical way. We need real leaders, and not cartoon characters.
Lives depend on this. We have to step up. It is time.
Maybe the US deserves it. I think so. We think saying "oops" after killing 750,000 innocent Iraqis makes it okay.

All you're doing here is trying to find an example to back up "it's not the guns."
Kind of what I was talking about in the OP.

You blame the gun, I blame the shooter.![]()

How are you NOT blaming the gun with those statements???![]()
I agree with a lot of that. Let me ask you a question, do you think there are more guns now than 30-40 years ago? I havent researched it so i don't know. Any idea?
