So, working it out. The first time he publicly said anything after 10:13 AM was at 2:43 PM on the same day that a shooting happened at 10:13 AM. So, what I said was indeed accurate. This was his first public appearance after a school shooting and he used it to tell us a crappy joke about Chockie Chip ice cream and awkwardly have himself announced after Jill. (The most doctorist of all the doctors, so doctory she is... let us gaze upon her doctorness).

Others received a total of 2,898,325 or a total vote count of 158,383,403 votes cast. Are you really believing that 94.1% of registered voters voted? We have NEVER had those kinds of rates even when the much more popular Obama ran.

Again, the speech was already prepared. By the time the news were announced (I'd bet it was about 30 minutes to one hour at the earliest), It would have been around 11:00 to 11:30. The news would have reached the White House at that point. It goes through channels, ending up with Biden. The speech was already prepared and they didn't have the time to redo the entire speech so all they could do is interject it into the speech briefly.
I know you hate Biden because he's a Democrat but do not let that hatred cloud your judgment.

This shooting took it out of me, as it did many Americans. It was horrible, and unfathomably sad. But I still had times yesterday when I laughed and had regular conversation with people.

You have severe mental issues if you think his introduction to a speech about the shooting was A OK halfwit.
Any decent person and mentally healthy politician would be able to think on their feet and do better within the circumstances, this one cannot think at all and they are lucky he is still able to read English sometimes and can sometimes change his sleep schedule to work in the evening if they put a lid on it for a full week beforehand and shock his system with a new drug cocktail.

Well, these children, these teachers, they should be — should be focusing on their mental health, as well.
