Epps was never in the Capitol building. That is why he wasn't arrested.
Wrong on all counts--you have discarded basic law on inciting a riot. If I tell you to attack the Capitol today and you do it tomorrow, you are responsible for that action. I did not "incite" anything. Blaming it on me is typical Republican tactic of trying to avoid responsibility. Read some law cases.
People are free to advocate anything. You can't be arrested for advocacy when you don't engage in any illegal act.
Seeking to blame others for attacking the Capitol, assaulting officers, and destroying property just because somebody told you to do it is like that old child excuse--"he told me to."
