Colorado orders Medical MJ dispensers to pay taxes

It's a selling point to end prohibition, and the front lines in the fight is cali. It's their no1 cash crop ahead of wine to the tune of 14billion.
they stand to collect potentially 1 billion annually from sales brought out of the black market and taxed and regulated. It's harder for kids to buy cigs or beer than it is cannabis right now. That will change.
 
Most folks will avoid taxation by growing the shit themselves. Govco knows this which is why the shit is illegal.

Not many grow thier own tabacco and MJ would be much the same.

It's easy to grow shitty weed, it's a gardeners elite level skill required to grow high grade ghanja.

No offense, as I'm sure you know as much about dope as you do about ass sex, but more Budweiser and Pabst is drunk then Grolsch. And with pot, its more the variety of seed for THC concentration than gardener's finesse.
