We may have just learned why Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has yet to indict former President Donald Trump despite a week of reports and speculation he would do so.

In a letter to federal authorities in 2018, and obtained by DailyMail.com, Trump’s former personal lawyer Michael Cohen denied receiving reimbursement from Donald Trump or his organization for making hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.

The letter was written on Cohen’s behalf by his attorney Stephen M. Ryan.

This contradicts his recent testimony in front of a grand jury and could complicate prosecutors’ efforts to charge Trump with criminal activity related to the payments.

According to Cohen, Trump instructed him to pay $130,000 to Stormy Daniels to prevent her from revealing their alleged affair just days before the 2016 presidential election.

The grand jury session originally scheduled for today has been postponed, but prosecutors have requested the jurors return on Thursday with the possibility of one more witness.

The 2018 letter also contradicts his previous sworn testimony to Congress.

Cohen was lying, you dumb fuck. There is no reason that the DA needs to present this to the grand jury. If it is actually exculpatory (it isn't) then it can be presented at trial.

Most of the "reports and speculation" came from Trumpers. Notice there's a little under two dozen threads on this bullshit....the vast majority by Pedo Don fans.

I'm sorry there wasn't an indictment, since it'd be a great opportunity for FBI snipers to take down violent Pedo Nazis. Maybe next time.

Why would that derail prosecution? Cohen already pled guilt to lying about this?

You can even google them and find them in google images. Here's one of them. Who are they trying to kid? AFAIK Cohen never knew Stormy Daniels and would have no reason to pay her $130K.
