Do you think Robert Costello has caused Bragg to rethink what he is doing. He says he is going to give his Cohen documents to the press. Bragg can't depend on Cohen to make his case.

Uh no. Silly. We have known for years you can’t depend on Cohen. If a case is dependent on his testimony alone, it would be shit. There better be more re to back up his claims.

I don't think Costello had any effect. I think the prog shot-callers told Bragg to back off because he's fixing to set a precedent that could be very bad for them.

They never had a case, but they do need something that does not get thrown out of court immediately. This is mostly but not all about getting the "right" judge....having a joke of a case will not work.

Just how would he know the indictment was weak since he doest know the evidence against Trump. No one would attempt an indictment against a former president unless they had an air tight case.

. His testimony may have opened Trump to more charges of witness tampering and obstruction.

Cohen was always a disgrace to the legal profession. As such, he has documents and recordings of his illegal plots with trump. It's not just 'testimony'. As he says "I have facts and proof".
