DeSantis sees lowest level of support since December in new poll, trails Trump by 28 points

Let's make America more like Florida?!! (Not!) Just like Trump, DeSantis is not ready or qualified to be president either?!!

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) received just 26 percent support in the latest GOP presidential poll from Morning Consult — the lowest number he’s hit in the survey since December.DeSantis, who has not entered the GOP primary but is expected to do so, trailed former President Trump, who won 54 percent, by 28 percentage points in the new poll published on Tuesday.

Former Vice President Mike Pence came in third with 7 percent of respondents saying they’ll support him, followed by former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, who won 4 percent.

Haley announced her presidential campaign last month, while Pence is expected to join the race.
Former Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) received 3 percent of support from those surveyed. Cheney has also not entered the race.

What would you expect from a poll when a potential candidate hasn't even announced ????????

And no matter what, still way higher than Biden. Go figure. You fucking retard.

I don't think DeSantis is much of a challenge for Trump. He's the king of FL, but beyond that, he seems a little all over the place - whether it's contradicting himself on the Ukraine, or acting like "woke" is the biggest threat mankind has ever faced.

Doesn't seem ready for primetime. I think if anyone is going to get the GOP nod over Trump, they're not in the race yet.

We are months away from the first primary vote and people are trying to write off someone who hasn't even declared for the race yet? (history is replete with early favorites who don't win the nomination)

And DeSantis is not qualified? I understand thinking he would not be a good President but a guy who went to Yale, Harvard Law School and just won re-election as Governor to one of the largest states in the country is not qualified?

What makes someone qualified then to be President? (other than you like or agree with their politics)

Ok, the U.S. is never going to be exactly like any particular state but that hasn’t stopped us from electing numerous Governors before.

And I still don’t see what makes him unqualified in your argument. If not dodging questions from the press was a requirement for office there wouldn’t be a single elected politician in America.
