You aren't very good at that law thing, are you?
If someone donates $1,000,000 to a candidate in excess of the $2,700 limit then they have committed a violation of the campaign finance laws.
If they then try to write that $1,000,000 off on their taxes as a donation to a charitable organization they have committed tax fraud.
The same money in both crimes.

I never thought Hillary should have been charged with anything.

People have a right to use their fucking telephones to talk to their families, especially since Hillary was all over the world, at the time, as Secretary of State- and she had a Grand Baby- still in the oven.

The State never had a case that she was using her Blackberry to intentionally send or receive any official US Top Secrets.

Comey, who was a Special Council Prosecutor in the failed WHITE WATER hearings, over 20 years ago prior to this, was never able to prove the Clintons did anything wrong in those WITCH trials. HOW EMBARRASSING FOR COMEY AND STARR! So 20 years later, Comey came after Hillary again, and a week before the 2016 election, in a rare and unethical NATIONALLY BROADCASTED announcement for an FBI Director, abused his power of office, and announced that Hillary was under investigation for having 3 White House documents on her cell phone that may be classified. Then after the election, said they turned out to be non-classified after all.

All Comey did was prove that he still had a bone to pick with Hillary over his losing his WHITE WATER CASE, retaliated once again, by trying to harm her election.

TRUMP FIRED Comey FOR THIS! REMEMBER? Well that was the excuse he used to do it.

And even in the 2 year Benghazi witch trial hearings in Congress that McCarthy led, NEVER PROVED HILLARY USED HER SERVER TO SEND AND/OR RECEIVE NOT A SINGLE CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT! And even McCarthy admitted that the intention of the Hillary probe was to harm her chances for ever becoming president.

I notice you didn't address the rest of my post which showed that something could violate campaign finance law and tax law at the same time.

Just keep pounding the table, you "good lawyer" because you don't have the facts or the law on your side. Maybe you can convince some with your diversions.
