If Trump is arrested Tuesday…

He seems to have every intention of running once again.

Agreed, although I wonder how much of that is a sincere desire and how much is to distance himself from his crimes?

Certainly, his lawyers told him years ago how much exposure he had with this case when it first came to light. Same for Georgia election fraud. By running for President he can claim such prosecutions are politically motivated...which is exactly what he's doing now.

If Trump is arrested Tuesday, even though he’s calling for “protest” I think it will be a little baby demonstration, Trump will go out with a whimper. No riots no big protest, just a shrug from his base…

What do you think?

I think Trump is being prosecuted for the absolute least egregious, not that it isn't egregious, of all of his countless transgressions, here.

Let's hope it's just the beginning of Jenga game for him.

It's just the first one to, supposedly, go to court. The Georgia case will be the one that he needs to fear.

That's a serious one, yes, but he's skating on a lot of fraud and money laundering stuff for which I hoped he's be nailed. They seem content to
nail his subordinates instead.

It's like taking down your Mafia relatives; go after the small fish first, get them to flip and then nail the big fish.

I though that by now, everybody realized that the "Mafia" was the creation of fiction and screenplay writers.

Italian Americans are the moral benchmark for the entire republic. Eventually. most of us will be canonized.

Standing up for law and order means Trump will have to face justice. The only one who says he is getting arrested Tuesday is him.
I really believe rightys know trump is a crook. They just do not care. Somehow they identify with a "billionaire who crimes his way through the world.
Trump has no concept of how the masses fight through the day. He has never had to go shopping. He has no church affiliation. He knows, vaguely, about rising prices, but he does not suffer from them and never has. Trump is just another righty rich man prospering from dividing the American masses who have been taught that the "others "are the problem. Don't look up, you might see who is exploiting.
Lyingfish is such a great example of one who memes the separation of citizens for sport.

Fiction? So Al Capone, Vito Genovese and Lucky Luciano never existed??? Who knew?!!! LOL

So now we're discussing hardworking Italian business leaders?
And here I was, thinking that you believed in capitalism!

The most ironic moment was when Joseph Colombo was shot by members of his own crime family. LOL

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian-American_Civil_Rights_League
The Italian-American Civil Rights League (IACRL) was originally formed as a political advocacy group created in New York City in April 1970. William Santoro, a defense attorney that represented many Colombo crime family figures, was responsible for the legal work that incorporated the league. Its stated goal was to combat pejorative stereotypes about Italian-Americans, but in actuality, it operated as a public relations firm to deny the existence of the American Mafia and improve the image of mobsters....

...On June 28, 1971, at the second Italian Unity Day rally in Columbus Circle in Manhattan, Colombo was shot three times, once in the head, by Jerome A. Johnson; Johnson was immediately killed by Colombo's bodyguards.[10] Colombo survived the shooting, but was paralyzed; Colombo died seven years later from cardiac arrest due to injuries sustained from the shooting.[

I think Floridafan was talking about Biden, not #TRE45ON.

This is the smallest of the investigations against him.
