the killing of a fetus for gender reasons is to be treated as murder

I totally support making such a reason for abortion illegal, and I suspect the vast majority of Americans in all states would agree. We shouldn't allow that at 8 weeks or 30 weeks

Several states already says this is not allowed, but the old roe wade fallacy of allowing anything under 15 weeks has been offically removed

The unborn are human beings. Murder is the unjustified taking of a human life.

No state includes abortion under its murder laws. The reasons are irrelevant unless it involves the health of the mother (in some states). There is a Texas case of a pregnant woman who will lose both twins unless she aborts one which is illegal under Texas law.
