Just when you think he can't sink any lower, he finds a way...I hope he is deeply sorry and very ashamed for what he's done.. and apologizes publicly to his parents....His parents will forgive him...because they have always supported him...but they will never forget that he let greed come before family... hmmmmm....https://www.tmz.com/2018/05/04/colin-kaepernick-mom-teresa/

Colin Kaepernick says adoptive white parents perpetuated 'racism' at times while raising him

"I know my parents loved me, but there were still very problematic things that I went through," the 35-year-old told CBS News. Kaepernick mentioned a time when he wanted to get cornrows, and his mom pushed back, calling the hairstyle "unprofessional" and that he would look like "a little thug."

He looks like a little thug now.

What an ingrate.

To those who served, taking a knee is highly offensive.

It is offensive to many who did not serve.

Thankfully, this ingrate will no longer be on any NFL football field.

yes race is why his parents did not let him get the hair cut he wanted

black kids raised by black families never had this power dynamic come up, nor do white kids raised by white families

racism is the only possible explanation

And why should anyone care about him?

vols cares about him....a lot. LOL

Colin must be desperate to keep his millions.

Colin Kaepernick’s Biological Mother Reveals How She Met Rick and Teresa Kaepernick, His Adoptive Parents: “I Start Crying Because They Were the Ones”
Rick and Teresa Kaepernick adopted Colin Kaepernick when he was just five weeks old. Since then, the Kaepernick family has taken good care of him. Kaepernick’s biological mother is Heidi Russo. The Kaepernick family did not disappoint her, as they treated her child as their own.

Last year, Heidi Russo spoke up in a video and revealed why she gave little Colin for adoption. She was just 19 years old at the time of the pregnancy and hadn’t even gone to college till then. As she was incapable of raising him on her own, Russo had put Colin up for adoption.

In a video, she opened up about how she met Rick and Teresa Kaepernick. Heidi was introduced to the Kaepernick family by the wife of her father’s friend, named Susie. Susie knew what Heidi Russo wanted for her child, and she provided her with the best family.

While talking about it, Heidi Russo said, ” Susie’s amazing, I have to say Susie knew my family, she knew what kind of family I came from, she knew what I would want for my baby, and I met with her in her office…she said I have these couples they have you know this isn’t this but I think this couple here if you look at their file I think this is most this couple is most suited for what you’d be looking for in a family.”...

Guess my parents were rayciss towards me too.

Well intentioned but inept parenting has always, unfortunately, been a serious problem with the human experience.

Some day we'll progress to the point where the parenting experience will be legally restricted to those proven capable by some sort of testing standards that must eventually be developed.

There is no better evidence than our JPP trumpanzees
that so many people are brought up ineptly--often dangerously so--in these present times.

There's zero evidence that Colin's parents were "inept", however...quite the opposite...
That being said, it's not just the "trumpanzees" who exhibit evidence of being improperly raised....in fact, the "wokies" are always the ones complaining about their unfortunate childhood experiences...just saying...

That's right - he gave up his career because he fought for a principle.

We'd be a better country & world if more people had his kind of courage & conviction.
People with courage and conviction don't pen parent bashing books to make money....

This turd fell off the limelight so this is just his way of trying to attract attention to himself. 15 minutes is just that.

All the more reason for limiting procreation and adoptive parenting alike to the verifiably capable.
We really need some research, here, but the libertarians will strongly resist.
Impeding progress is their reason for living, it often seems to me.
Anyway, that's my perspective on this subject, TOP.

I don't disagree....but we're talking about Colin's parents here...who were absolutely verifiable...
What kind of research? I do think it's important for people thinking of having or adopting children (or "signing up" to teach them... ) to like them...;)
(Nothing worse than a person who adopts a child...or a dog...or cat...for show...am I right? )
Thanks as always for you civil and thoughtful response...:)
