How many of there were gang-related shootings? How many were shot in Big Blue Cities with tough gun laws? How many were shot in Blue States?

What does that have to do with the theme? You cannot stop drugs. If billions are to be made, someone will do it. We have been busting drug runners and cartels since Nixon. It does not work, The drugs keep coming. We have to deal with the users by treatment. We have to wean them off drugs and supply them when necessary. Take the profits out and drugs will not come in. Rehab those who need it. That will eventually take them out of policing, justice and jailing.
