As much as I dislike Mitch McConnell, I will always be grateful that he kept this asshat off the Supreme Court.
Hawley makes mincemeat of this incompetent fool.

 
Those rightys embarrassed themselves and used a hearing to please haters. That would be you they were pleasing. No adults were involved. They know acting aggressively is enough for Trumpians. Lies are part of the script.

Anybody who doesn't recognize that Hawley is total trash is beyond any possible question total trash him/herself.

In this instance, we have Fish not outing him/herself for the first time by any stretch, so there's nothing to learn here.

Garland isn't incompetent. He is a dissembling liar and disingenuous criminal. He shirked all responsibility and deflected using platitudes and excuses. He's the worst sort of bureaucratic manager you can get. He creates some massive blunder, or lets such a blunder occur through subordinates, then claims he knew nothing about it.

If he had told Hawley, We're looking into this carefully, and people will be fired if that happened, and then he fired people for it, he'd be credible. But that isn't going to happen. Instead, he'll dissemble and deflect hoping the shitstorm will go away or be replaced by a new one that he didn't create. Incompetent? No. Dangerously disingenuous and completely criminal. Yes.
