Rupert Murdoch acknowledged that Fox News hosts endorsed false stolen election claims
The chairman of Fox Corporation, acknowledged in a deposition that Fox News hosts endorsed false claims that the 2020 election was stolen.

Murdoch rejected that the right-wing talk network as an entity endorsed former President Donald Trump’s election lies. But he conceded that Sean Hannity, Jeanine Pirro, Maria Bartiromo, and former host Lou Dobbs did.

So if the boss at FOX news says the "network as an entity" did not endorse these election lies just how the fuck does a network do that? FOX news doesn't speak.

At least we have the guy at the top admitting that the velveeta man lost the election and its commentators were just spouting lies because that is what its ignorant followers wanted to hear.
 
When I was in Real Estate, the central meme was, "Don't sell 'em what they want...sell 'em what we've got."

Obviously FOX was not of that mindset. They gave 'em (their viewers) what they wanted...not what is expected of a newsroom.

Okay...nobody was being fooled...not FOX executives; not what is euphemistically called "the talent" (people in front of the cameras); not those of us who see FOX as a joke...and not even the viewers who demanded bullshit. Anyone who could not see through the bullshit was not watching TV, FOX or otherwise. Those who could not see through the blatant bullshit were doing what the doctors, nurses, and guards at the care-center told them to do.

Anyway...in a real way, FOX viewers got screwed by getting what they wanted. Hard not to hope that life keeps dishing more of the same to them.

Most everyone here watches FOX...they post about it all the time...;) No one watches CNN...

The original business model at CNN was lost years ago.

They are now an advocacy news company that no one wants to watch.

I read that even the airports have ditched CNN because no one wants to watch advocacy news TV.

There are dozens of sites where you can get similar stories. The folks at Fox knew from day 1, that there was no election fraud, but they feared that telling the truth would lose viewers and ad revenue, along with lower stock prices.

You are no different my dear, you also knew from the beginning that there was no fraud, but you are paid to lie each and every day.

Most educated people get their news on streaming services now, only half dead geezers still pay for cable and fox is the aggrieved old white geezer goy channel
