Yeah, Trump made sure the entire visit was about him and Trump water. His concern for the people of Ohio was about zero.
Next we have the fact that there were a number of train derailments during the Trump years, and not once did Secretary Chou ever visit the scene of a derailment. NEVER!

Trump has been out of office for over 2 years. Biden had plenty of time to fix the civil war era brakes, but he was too busy breaking the rail strike and starting WW3.
