Nikki Haley calls Biden too old. But you can't call her too old?

But you did blow something.

What happens is my opinions are not always going to mesh with yours, and you are going to naturally disagree with them.

But, I must be honest with myself on stating my opinions, even though you disagree with them.

But thanks!
You are entitled to your opinion. Even if you are wrong

I will say this, Nikki is probably going to be the better choice for Republicans, out of anyone I can think of, that exist now, or may still enter the race.

And I do feel a little sorry for her, because she still has the Donnie factor to have to deal with.

She can't anger the Trump mob, but yet she does have to contrast herself to him, in order to win!

That's going to be like walking a tight rope and performing a juggle act, at the same time- AND wearing HIGH HEELS SHOES!

She has no chance. The right has had a taste of constant culture wars. Having a "kinder, gentler" candidate would be like trying to wean a dog of meat and make them a vegetarian. Only the meanest, "culture-warriest" candidate will sate the GOP's appetite now. Because of the electoral college, the GOP knows, at least for the presidency they don't have to win the will of the people, just the states.

I'm sure people like McConnell and others from the old establishment are sick to their stomachs regarding where their party has gone. But they have to go along to get along - which is why they won't denounce MAGA-ism/trumpism. It's all very sad.

Then I suggest you learn to read, and while you're at it, drop the absolutely hyper-partisan act. Free advice. It's why many people who agree with most of what you say think you have little credibility. Me included. If you can't call out an obvious sexist remark because you are blinded by your partisan positions, you have a real problem. The only one with the big ego here is you, pal.

Good post. I have the same problem with BidenPresident and with evince, although I usually agree with both of them. They're irrational Democrats like the MAGAs are irrational Republicans.

My sentiments exactly.

Trump is like the pandemic, IT JUST WON'T GO AWAY, and even though there are vaccines for it out there- HIS BASE WON'T Have ANY OF IT!

I guess that is good for the Democrats- at least we won't have to worry about 2024!

CNN’s chairperson Chris Licht has reproached Don Lemon for his sexist on-air comments about Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley, who the news anchor had said “isn’t in her prime”.

Are you agreeing Trump isn’t too old to be President?

I think anyone over 65 is too old but would rather the two major political parties make it a policy about their candidates than to make it a Constitutional amendment.

I do recommend making an annual mental fitness test and random drug tests to be required of all elected and appointed Federal officials.

Even if Haley were lucky enough to be the republican nominee she would not stand a chance in a general election. She said Lindsey Grahams Federal 15 week ban on abortions does not go far enough. She would be crushed by anyone for that simple stance alone.

That's the difference between CNN and Fox. Lemon has been taken off the air. Had anyone on Fox said anything sexist of offensive they'd be praised by the right.

Agreed about Fox. They lie to their viewers nightly. Lemon, however, is a misogynistic narcissist…and this isn’t the first time he’s pulled this crap. I hated seeing him put on mornings. He’s the polar opposite of the worst of Fox News. Poppy and Kaitlin are great; very smart and very professional.

Lemon made the comments about women during a Thursday discussion on “CNN This Morning” over former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s presidential candidacy, drawing swift and fierce backlash.

When declaring her run for the presidency, Haley called for mental competency tests for politicians over the age of 75. Lemon argued that Haley herself “isn’t in her prime.”

Lemon attempted to support his argument by saying that a woman is only “considered to be in their prime in 20s and 30s and maybe 40s.”

The comments were met with pushback from co-anchors Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins, but Lemon kept advancing his argument, even doubling down on it in a segment in the following hour.

I don't find it sad, I think it's great. Trump has pretty much cut the republican party in half. Half of them think he is their furher and will vote for him regardless of who is running and the other half have grown to despise the ignorant criminal. Regardless of who the democrats nominate they will be able to beat half the republican party. I would venture to say that even if Trump were to lose the nomination he would have a significant portion of his Nazi's writing his name in on the ballot. With any luck the asshole won't be found guilty of a felony, be able to stay in the race, and completely fuck up the republican chances of winning anything. :clink:

Oh, I agree. Trump will never go to jail. At most, he'll have to pay a fine. We have 2 systems of justice.
