Biden has essentially left most of Trump's tariffs in place. Might you have to vote for him instead of DeSantis? Traditionally, Republicans have been more supportive of free trade and anti-tariffs compared to Democrats. Trump was unique in that regard.

Okay Einstein, Lets say you put tarriffs on electronic goods. In theory similar goods made in America will be more desirable. BUT, we do not make any electronics in this country so the effect will be to make Americans pay more for imported goods. The tariffs punish Americans.
