Yes, it was. Official government business is to be done on official government computers. All--ALL--classified material has to be done and used on a government machine. Hillary was evading the official records act. She violated rules, regulations, and laws concerning handling of classified material.

From what I've heard, Trump is largely a technophobe. Aside from whatever phone he uses for social media I doubt he has a laptop.
There is no way the MAGAs who covered for twump through his numerous crimes during and after his presidency is going to investigate him. They should! But, they're all about revenge and tearing America down.
