I agree. Any so-called doctor who mutilates a child should be sued into oblivion and then thrown in prison. We don't let children get tattoos for fucks sake. Let them decide it's a good idea to have body parts chopped off? Democrats like Geeko Sportivo get nuttier by the day.

Government should stay out of peoples medical decisions. What is the legal basis of the suit?

She was 15 when she had the surgery, and old enough to understand the implications. And I can almost guarantee you her parents did as well!

She also noted that one of her doctors did advise her of these things and advised her to wait until she was an adult to make this decision.

I'm wondering how 15 is a legal age to make such a decision. I thought it would be 18 at the minimum.

I haven't moved any goalposts. Mutilating kids (like "gender affirming surgery) aught to be illegal. The overwhelming majority of Republicans would agree with that statement. Democrats think making mentally ill people who think they are the opposite gender happy is more important. You and your party are still the idiots.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I don't approve of what happened to the girl. However, I blame the parents first and the doctors second. Political party doesn't, shouldn't, even be a consideration. Because you think it is, you're still the idiot.

I am not on Gunsmiths or Gun Shops case. I do not blame them for making a buck. Every gun store I know, follows the rules.

It's what goes on behind the public eye in the way of illegal guns being sold on the Black market between citizens that I have a problem with.

I am not clearing Gun Manufactures from their role in all of this. But, as for as Gun Stores? I believe the ones I have done business in, always played by the rules.

Let's take this example, Gun Manufactures are now making AR-15's children size! That's fucking insane, and I want that stopped!

15 is not a legal age in any state that I know of. I know in Texas, the age of consent is 17.

So, I am just saying that the girl was not allowed to make this decision to have the surgery on her own, without her parents making the final decision to approve of the surgery.

And that is end of story. This girl may sue her parents, but there are no doctors liable in this case.

Her lawsuit, if she even files one, will be laughed out of court.

This is like a Donald Trump lawsuit- suing others for something he is guilty of.
