White Woke Windmills killing birds, eagles and WHALES- latest victim, 41ft. Humpback

That study is so unbelievably flawed and unscientific that it should have gone straight in the trash bin.

It is based on 339 turbines on 6 cherry picked wind farms, and the bird death data was collected unscientifically resulting in wild underestimations.

And 2 coal facilities and 4 nuke facilities with the vast majority of the wildly estimated deaths attributed, unscientifically, to climate change.

It is total garbage and propaganda.

And we haven't even talked about Bat deaths from windmills which can exceed bird deaths. And that windmills are more likely to kill predatory and rare birds than other sources.

When oil and gas companies do it, it kills. But when wind companies do it, it is harmless, ... according to Al Gorians. :palm:

And yes, dynamite was used for the most part until recently. Even the airgun seismic blasting is described as dynamite-like, and blast about every 10 seconds.

"Of all the creatures on the planet, the humpback whale song is the longest and most varied that scientists have yet discovered. One of the interesting things about the humpback whale song is how far the song can travel. Researchers estimate that some of the lowest frequency sounds can travel through the ocean as far as 10,000 miles without losing their energy. Most of the frequencies whales use in their songs land between 30 Hertz (Hz) and 8,000 Hz (8 kHz)."

I don't trust this in the least, that paper/study reads more like propaganda than real research. As I pointed out in 2019 this is a bullshit study from way back in 2009.

I doubt wind turbines suddenly became more deadly on a unit energy basis in the decade since this study was done.

It seems so far I am the only poster in the thread to actually post a peer reviewed study comparing the safety of wind turbines to oil and gas operations

Well apart from the fact that offshore wind turbines are gargantuan compared to the piddly turbines of 15 years ago. Oh and who says it was peer reviewed? Not that it means much anyway, especially in the good old boy world of climate alarmism.

Okay, if you cannot find any reputable peer reviewed studies like I did, I will leave you to indulge in guesswork, speculation, and mere opinion.

Ok, you go with that. No doubt the clingons who worship your every utterance will be happy, the rest of us know bullshit when we see it.

We need an environmental study done on acoustic seismic testing and harm to sea life.

There was this study on military active sonar, which is also low frequency.

"In an interim report released 20 December 2001, Navy and NMFS scientists conclude that the strandings were caused by an "unusual combination" of factors, including sea-bottom contours and water conditions that may have channeled and magnified sonar pings. While the researchers could not pinpoint exactly how the sound energy injured the whales' ears or tissues, the acoustic assault appears to have left some dazed and confused, causing them to swim ashore or become vulnerable to shark attack. The Navy says that, in the future, it will try to avoid using sonar in similar situations during training runs, and it hopes to fund more research."

Post your own peer reviewed study from a reputable science publication which shows oil and coal operations are safer for wildlife than wind turbines.

I don't accept your opinion and guesses. You need to provide peer reviewed research to back your assertions

How do you plan to pay for it?

Mr. Tiny Penis, That study would pale in comparison to all the democrat witch hunts that have gone over the past 6 years. I love it when you alt lefties screech about paying for some study but will stop all drilling in a vast expanse of land because of the sudden appearance of a tree frog found by a tribe of raging activists.

I don't need to. I already debunked your garbage. Peer reviewed by who? ... other Al Gorians. That deceitful trick is getting old. :palm:
