The FBI does not ‘act on a subpoena’. They act on a search warrant. If a subpoena existed it would be public record. Here is no subpoena and no search warrant.

Trump's documents were all declassified before they were transferred to Mar A Lago Biden did not have the authority to declassify anything that he did not classy organically.
