He currently displays elevated symptoms of dementia, in particular: memory loss; confusion; disorientation and cognitive decline. Any adult American citizens who has not noticed this is a moron in their own right.
Despite the assiduous efforts that Biden's Democrat Party handers have made to disguise his mental incompetence or keep it hidden from the American public, for example: reducing his public appearances to the minimum; having him spend half his time in office on holiday in Delaware (or some other convenient "hidey hole" far from the public gaze); having him read remarks to the press/media/public audiences off a teleprompter (and he has demonstrated a number of times that he is not competent even to do this without making an utter fool of himself. If ever he does have to give an important, extempore address, his minded shoot him up with stimulant drugs like: "Ritalin", "Adderal" or "Dexamphetamine", etc that DO have the ability to temporarily lift his cognitive (thinking, speaking) functioning to an acceptable level. Whoever is the Doctor/s organising this "prescription speed" for Biden is acting in a thoroughly unethical manner.
Regardless of the fact that millions of Americans can see Biden is mentally incompetent and ought not be serving as the President of the United States; and regardless of the fact that Dr Ronnie John, who was both Obama and Donald Trump's personal physician at the White House, has come out a number of times and said the same thing to the MSM in a very clear and unequivocal manner, the debacle goes on.
It goes on because it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove Biden under the 25th Amendment.
WHY IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REMOVE BIDEN FROM OFFICE UNDER THE 25th AMENDMENT ?
The 25th Amentment has 4 sections....
SECTION (1) This says that when the Presidency becomes vacant, the Vice President (KAMALA !!) becomes President - and not merely "Acting President." OK, we all knew tat. Nothing to see here, so let's continue.
SECTION (2) This section outlines how to choose a replacement when the office of Vice President becomes vacant. This procedure was, for example, used to appoint Gerald Ford after Nixon resigned in 1974. It's not really relevant to what we're discussing, so let's move on.
SECTION 3 This section concerns how a President declares himself "unable to discharge the the duties of his office," how he devolves power to the Vice President, and how he re-takes the reins of power when the disability has passed. So, its taking about cases like Ronald Reagan and George Bush when they had to have surgery. The procedure set down in Section (3) would have been followed in these two cases Section (3) is not relevant in the case of Biden, however because he ain't gonna get better, just worse. Biden has dementia (a lot of medical experts believe it's "Vascular Dementia"). In any cases dementia is a progressive and irreversible condition.
