Secret service agents and private security were stationed at Mar-a-Lago. Prior to the 2020 presidential election they were not at citizen Biden’s various troves for most of 2017-2020, much less prior to 2009.

We seem to forget that for much of the developing controversy, Biden’s own team was investigating Biden.

Trump is certainly right that as president he had a far more substantial claim of declassification rights than did Biden, who took the papers out either as a senator or vice president.

The FBI was not merely asymmetrical in melodramatically raiding the Trump home while allowing Biden lawyers to inspect various Biden stashes. The FBI also leaked the purported contents of the subjects of the Trump classified documents (falsely spreading the lie of “nuclear codes” and “nuclear secrets”) in a way it has not with the Biden cache.
The article cites 10 differences, but does not make a point of this directly. Biden's caches were in the several unsecured locations for at least 6 years, and in the case of those from when he was a Senator, 14 or more years. Trump's home was raided a mere year after he left the WH. IOW 6-14 years of unsecured secret custody vs 1 year of known secured custody.

Most importantly...Trump had the authority to de-classified his documents.

Ah, Archives requested from Trump documents they knew he has, he refused, saying he didn’t have them, to which Archives referred the mater to the DOJ, who after a five month of stonewalling and lying by Trump, searched his property. Archives didn’t even know Biden had documents, nor seemingly did he, and when found, he voluntarily turned them in

Biden stored classified documents in multiple non-secure locations, a violation of the federal code, a crime.

Biden then had his lawyers screen the classified documents before the FBI was there. The evidence in a crime was screened by the lawyers of the man who is being investigated. Can you say obstruction of justice?

Trump de-classified his documents, his home was raided at 3 AM by the FBI with drawn AK's and his lawyers were not allowed on his property.

Called intention “earl,” Biden didn’t hide documents intentionally from the Archives nor later DOJ, in fact, as I said, they, and Biden, didn’t even know they he had any classified documents. While on the other hand, Trump intentionally took the documents, lied about having them, and fought to return them, as I said, apples and oranges

And to prove you yourself don’t believe your “arguments,” you aren’t saying the same thing about Pence as you are Biden, and their situation is exactly the same

Biden tried at least twice to keep this under the rug - the original discovery and the initial discovery at his Wilmington house.

Some key points:

* Biden's right to possess classified documents ended when he left the office from which he derived that right. IOW, his right to possess documents received as a Senator ended when he ceased being a Senator, January 2009. Similarly, his right to possess documents from his time as VP ended in January 2017.

* Biden illegally retained classified documents from when he was VP and stored them in improperly secured locations for six years! Biden illegally retained classified documents from when he was Senator and stored them in improperly secured locations for 14 years. And that assumes he didn't store those documents insecurely for even longer than the date he left the two offices!

Ah, no, an opinion piece in the Hill says otherwise, you do know what opinion piece means don’t you, and by the way, it isn’t accessible, but is probably the same McCarthy piece you offered earlier, and you do know who McCarthy is correct

No Pence's situation is not the same as Joe Biden's. Biden has documents spread over multiple locations Pence does not. Biden SMUGGLED some of his documents out of a SCIF purposely Pence didn't. Biden has taken documents at least two different times Pence took them only once. Biden has been taking and keeping documents for at least 14 years Pence for two years. So don't try to say they are the same.
