Sorry, Sweet Cakes, he had the authority to take them (he stole nothing) and store them legally in a secure location.

They were not classified.

I doubt the Justice Department gives a shit what you pretend to think.
However I do wonder how trump had the authority to take what didn't belong to him, and then refuse to return them, all the while storing them in a garden locker.

I posted a link as to how Vice President Biden was able to declassify documents, you have "explained" which of course means nothing. So let's ask again, why did trump refuse to return the documents? Why did he take what didn't belong to him, in the first place?

Now they have papers going back to when he was a Senator. Allegedly the papers also involve Hunter's business deals. If this is indeed the case and that comes to be known by the general public, it's a large enough crime to finish off the Bidens and when The Club rejects a pol, the privileges they had to be slack about anything and everything will be used against them. He's in neck deep as are many in DC. In The Swamp, privilege and blackmail go together.
