I have read carefully through the declassified documents recently released by current Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe.

The content of these documents alone makes it perfectly clear that Joe Biden, (along with Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and numerous others) MUST BE IMMEDIATELY ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH TREASON..

It is as simple as that.

If anyone disagrees, please let me know why.

Trump did not have classified documents. He de-classified them.

What is the penalty for unauthorized disclosure of classified information?

The penalty for a conviction of unauthorized disclosure includes up to 10 years in prison, a large fine, or both.

I would think that Russia, China, N.K., Iran would not be authorized access to Biden's illegally stored classified documents.

Here we go again sweetie, every time I ask you to prove that any of trumps documents were not classified, you change the subject. You refuse, as usual, to address the fact that these documents do not belong to Trump, that Trump refused to return them and then had his attorneys lie about them.

I explained that Trump de-classified the documents. As president, he was authorized to do so.

I posted a link as to how Vice President Biden was able to declassify documents, you have "explained" which of course means nothing. So let's ask again, why did trump refuse to return the documents? Why did he take what didn't belong to him, in the first place?

He was a senator when the first classified documents were taken and stored illegally by then Sen. Biden.

He had no authority to take them, de-classify them or store them illegally.
