The document, which may or may not be real, says that Hunter Biden paid $50k in rent, and also lived at his father's address. It does not say he paid that all to his father, or even any of it. As with many people, Hunter Biden could have had multiple addresses, which he paid rent on. Or maybe he was lying about paying $50k rent. The chances that President Biden is lying to the IRS about receiving rent is much less, because that would be an easy deception to catch.
