Sweden is a parliamentary democracy. Every 4 years, they vote for the party they want to run the country. The winning party picks the president. Oligopoly is an economic description, not political one, America is closer to an oligopoly than Sweden.

Democracies have no representatives.
An oligarchy is a form of government, not an economic system.
America is currently divided. The States, which are republics, what used to be the federal government which is now an oligarchy, the SOTNY (the Socialist Oligarchy of the Territory of New York), and the SDTC (the Socialist Dictatorship of the Territory of California.
There has been no United States since the coup by Democrats. Despite this, most of the people in the States still support the Constitution of the United States.
