I provided the link to the bill. It is a chance for you to show me where,exactly, in the bill that will make it illegal to question those things, violating the First Amendment.
Now back to the bill snippet you posted, asking me if I see anything wrong with it.

Tell me what they mean by "actions". Hint: it isn't about free speech.
