Misleading and hyperbole mantras that the current GOP House will now waste millions of the taxpayers money trying to prove. The only one that has a chance of either an official reprimand or slap on the wrist for what, criminal negligence, is #3.

Again, Dump REFUSED TO COMPLY FOR A YEAR WITH THE DOJ to return documents once it was discovered (NOT by his people) that he had them. THAT IS HIS MAJOR PROBLEM....NOT BIDEN'S.

How many ways and times are you going to repeat this?

Bottom line: when discovered the Biden team immediately started the process to comply . Trumps people denied, stonewalled for a year. Biden was and is turning over documents in compliance. The Feds had to raid Dump's home to get things started.

No, bottom line is the fact that Biden had classified documents hidden. In two different places. Complying or not, it doesn't change that fact.

No? No what, genius. If they were "hidden", why would BIDEN'S OWN PEOPLE blow the whistle and no move was made by PRESIDENT BIDEN to hush things up?

The way this is coming off can at best be described as "criminal negligence" (aka carelessness). But if the investigation proves otherwise, I've got no problem in putting to the screws to Uncle Joe.

If Biden complied to the law, he wouldn't have classified documents. He has less authority of them as VP than Trump does as President. Handing them over does not negate the fact that Biden broke the law.
