One thing that pervades among almost all right-wing fascist thought is the concept of a Turner Diaries-style race war that supposedly will unite the fractured white race while hanging "race traitors" from every lamp post.

STU is definitely familiar with this book because it's practically required reading among domestic terrorist groups like the 3%ers, of which STU was a member right up until only a couple years ago.

Having read that broke ass book myself, the parallels to the main character and how STU thinks of himself are one in the same. STU identifies with Earl Turner, the self-victimization, the arrogant self-assurance, the belief that STU and only STU knows precisely the intent of the founding fathers.

All of this shit is echoed in that book, of which I'm convinced STU thinks is a blueprint.
